| Rajeev Khandelwal: I owe my success to my honestyTNN | Aug 6, 2016, 12.30 PM IST[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Rajeev Khandelwal (BCCL) Rajeev Khandelwal has his heart in the right place. He is one of those actors who believe in concept-driven films where there is much scope to show one's histrionics and talent. "Every actor worth his salt wants to do commercial movies. Not a bad thing. But if everybody acts in commercial films who would be doing these kind of movies?" asks the actor whose movie 'Fever' released this week.
Rajeev, who has hits like 'Shaitan', 'Aamir' and 'Table No. 21' to his name, feels that to succeed in any profession, one has to be honest and hard working. "It might sound cliched, but I have no hesitation in saying that if I have managed to achieve some modicum of success in this profession, it is because of my honesty of purpose," the actor was quoted as saying.
However, the actor guards against complacency and believes that his best is yet to come. In 'Fever', Rajeev is seen romancing not just one but there beautiful ladies likeGauhar Khan, British actress Gemma Atkinson and former Bond girl Caterina Murino. "I am sure young men will feel jealous of me after watching me romance three beautiful ladies in this movie,'' says the actor in jest. | |
